One bedroom apartment – apartment with two rooms. In one room, a kitchen, and in another room there are beds to sleep. In the same room, there is implemented a living room and a separate bathroom. One bedroom apartment implies that sleep is only possible in one room.
Two bedroom apartment – apartment with at least two rooms where the beds to accommodate guests in addition to other content. One room is a bedroom and the second room is a living room with kitchen and dining room, and at the same time and a bedroom for additional persons who will use the bed which is mainly bed. Two bedroom apartment means that sleep is possible in two separate rooms.
Three bedroom and larger apartment – apartment with a minimum of 3 and a number of separate rooms for sleeping guests. It can be an apartment that has a minimum of 2 separate bedrooms + living room where there is a sofa bed to accommodate an additional person + kitchen + bathroom.

About these promotional rates after 7 days the customer will be informed during the contact with agency staff and for the price that is crossed guest can book a room for every day of the year except holidays which are subject to a special price list.
The Agency reserves the right to grant additional discounts for longer stays in the apartment for groups or for regular guests.
Prices are in euros, and payment be made in cash upon entering the apartment to the top rate of the National Bank of Serbia. During the use of accommodation, the customer is obliged to inform the responsible person in the Balkan-inn agency about the possible harm caused by the user made during his stay in the chosen accommodation and arrange method of payment of compensation for the same.
